Terrible, inconsistent, abelist, and very very condescending. If you have an illness don't trust these people. Sometimes they use their online appointment software, sometimes they don't. There's no one who answers the phone. Awful, deeply terrible and all together a huge waste of time.Edit post response/same day: I am in crisis and require help. The medical system is a nightmare to navigate on the best of days. There were no personal insults made, and you weren't listening- as many many doctors don't.We went back and forth and there were several conversations that happened, all of which came back to: We can't help you, go elsewhere.I was ready to talk about my PTSD- specifically my PTSD FROM the medical system, 6 years of pain and trauma. 6 years of Doctors telling me to go to therapy so that they know it's not 'all in my head'. My family Dr told me several times that this was the only referral option I have available and I have witnesses to that. You took a vulnerable client and did more damage.Also good to note that confidentiality is secondary to google reviews.I expect you to be dismissive and reject my experience, that's on brand.

Have known Dr. kondi since 2014, I was referred to him by my family Doctor. He is knowledgeable, understandable and professional about what is doing. I met him because I have couple of health issue and he is really helping me to manage them. Thanks to this Dr.

Doesn't listen. Has been running the same tests for 5 years and still has no answers. Also was denied a second opinion.

It says opening time is 10:00am. I went here earlier wanting to have early access. But I have been waiting for more than 1.5 hours and the doctor still not show up.Lots of patients are waiting and it is a waste of our time without knowing why the doctor is running late.And it is not the first time. If the doctor can not be punctual, they should change the opening hour to 12:00am instead of 10:00am!Such a bad experience and a waste of time.

I was visiting my family in Windsor and needed to see a doctor. Went into this clinic as a walk in and I’m so glad I did. One of the best doctors in Canada. Received such good and professional care from Dr Jasleen. If I lived in the area I would definitely make her my family doctor. Thanks doc

only Dr freedman is good. I have been visiting this clinic for 4 years now but today my experience was so worst. the lady who came she didn’t even make an eye contact with us and just gave us a print out of google . she was rude and not really interested in helping.

Dr. Tarabain is not only extremely thorough and an excellent doctor, but he is also supportive of his patients and their medical needs. After 5 years with him he has gone above and beyond time and time again. The staff is also very friendly, thorough and show care to the patients.

This clinic has amazing staff and I found the service always prompt and professional. Got my flu shot there recently and it couldn't have been more efficient and pleasant. The new female doctor is really nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Using a different name because the individual who is in charge of this service has limited boundaries and is unprofessional. I will also be refusing to call them a Dr because I do not believe they should be a dr. The service provider constantly no showed. When we finally had an appointment that they showed up to we had a discussion and surprising they had issues with taking accountability (something someone who is providing therapy should be able to demonstrate), they also wouldn't let me finish speaking and tried to interrupt me multiple times in order to tell me that her staff does not speak on her behalf. Why have your staff then if they can't tell the patients what is going on with their appointments. I highly recommend you find somewhere else because this service provider is awful and will not help you if anything will make you worse. It is very clear this individual needs therapy themselves before treating anyone and should probably be reported to the college.

Terrible service!! Booked an appointment with Dr. Alara as a new patient and after the appointment she told me that she would not be accepting me as a patient of hers because I am “too complicated” and she would need to put too much effort into me because I haven’t had a family doctor for about 2 years. Told me to return to a nurse practitioner, not even a doctor, from before COVID and that was the best she could do for me. What a waste of time!!
